We provide cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for a range of difficulties

At Cognitive Practice we specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy we offer therapy to adults over the age of 18 and we have a special interest in men’s health and well-being.

Some of the therapy approaches we offer include:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
  • Compassion Focused Therapy


Therapy will involve an initial assessment phase, where your therapist aims to develop a picture of your current difficulties in context of your earlier life experiences. Following this phase you will work with your therapist to gain an understanding of your symptoms and identify maintenance cycles before leading to discussions and interventions. Treatment will normally involve a range of tracking/ monitoring of behaviours and thoughts, exposure exercises, behavioural experiments and other practices. Treatment is rather practical and will involve a level of commitment to complete exercises between sessions. 

Therapy is offered with fully accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists.


Therapy is offered face to face from our office based in Marylebone, London or via webcam. Please discuss your preference at your initial appointment. 

Session Duration
Sessions are usually between 6 sessions and 20 sessions depending on the presenting difficulty and these are reviewed throughout treatment.

Sessions are confidential. However, information may be discussed with your GP if there are any risks to self or others etc.

Therapy Methods
Therapy is provided face-to-face in central London (zone 1) or via webcam online.

Each session is charged at £120
